Intercultural communications

All courses are customized according to the client’s needs, intended outcomes, and goals. Examples are shared below.

communicating across cultures

Culture is about much more than where we were born or where we live; it is a complex pattern of values, beliefs, and assumptions that influence how we behave and communicate with others. Learn about key dimensions of culture that affect our work relationships and how to bridge gaps to build trust and achieve goals together.

Understanding and using your team’s cultural profiles

Every member of a team brings their own cultural background and values to their work. Learning about each person’s cultural profile and how the individuals fit together will help you to foster better teamwork, more effective communication, and greater skill at conflict resolution among team members. In this course, all members of the team participate in a brief survey to develop a five-dimension profile about their preferred communication and work styles, and receive six months’ access to cultural resources to continue to develop their competencies.
